“Stirring String Finale” Our season finale is anchored by Mendelssohn’s great String Quintet in Bb Major op. 87. The sparkling warmth and wit of this masterpiece is complimented by a performance of Mozart’s joyful Horn Quintet K 407. This will be a wonderiful celebration of spring, beauty and love! Performers: Monica Bauchwitz, Keiko Tokunaga - violins, Jessica Thompson, Jeremy Kienbaum - violas, Julia Lee - cello and Karl Kramer - horn.
Concerts in the Heights is thrilled to continue the partnership with the Lehman College Art Gallery. This collaboration brings classical and contemporary chamber music to the Art Gallery in intimate concerts that seek to complement the current exhibits and add further beauty and interest to this cultural community. All concerts are open and free to the public.
